Project Short Description
The pipeline and communication company which is affiliated to NIOC modernize electrical system of communication stations both in central and south east regions of Iran . The communication stations which are usually located in high altitude on the mountain sides are unmanned and powered by either network or one/two stationary 20/32 KVA diesel (s) . Due to the highly cost of maintenance and failure increase of power diesels the renovation of diesel old control panels have been compulsory .The TA designed and manufactured new 13 PLC based diesel control panels for communication stations of two pipelines in south east province Rafsanjan – BandarAbbas oil pipeline and Central Province Rey – Rasht oil pipeline . The diesel control panels are designed and assembled by two sets of hot-standby TOSHIBA made PROSEC T2E PLCs and two redundant TA made power supplies for higher availability in accordance with the customer’s specific requirement . The control and monitoring software package of Visual Tag System (VTS) OF Trihedral of Canada has been engineered by TA for the Telemetry man machine interface of central stations .
